The Silas Bronson Library serves about 110,000 residents of the city of Waterbury in New Haven County, Connecticut. The library comprises the Main Library and the Bunker Hill Branch Library, maintaining a collection of 228,400 volumes and circulating approximately 222,000 items per year. Its resources include regular books, large print books, audiobooks on CD, eBooks, DVDs, hand-held magnifying lens, and Optelec ClearView 500 magnifier. It also has local history and genealogy resources in print and on microfilm.
