The Santa Rosa Learning Center Library is a public library that serves more than 500,000 residents in the city of Tucson, Pima County, Arizona. It is an affiliate branch of the Pima County Public Library, which was formerly known as the Carnegie Free Library, founded in 1883 with only 2,000 volumes when it first operated in 1891. In response to the growing need for library services, the Santa Rosa Learning Center Library was opened in 2002, which contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system and includes more than 960,000 books and serial volumes, more than 23,000 e-books, more than 94,000 audio files, and more than 130,000 video files. Additionally, the library system hosts over 5.8 million visitors a year, circulates over 4.3 million items, and has over 400,000 registered borrowers.
