The Heroes Regional Park Library is a public library that serves more than 250,000 residents in the city of Glendale, in Maricopa County, Arizona. It is an affiliate branch of the Glendale Public Library, founded in 1938. In response to the growing need for library services, the William F. Foster Public Library was opened in 2019. This 7,515-square foot building features and contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system, which includes more than 500,000 volumes. Additionally, it has over 148,000 registered borrowers, over 1 million materials circulated annually (205,003 are electronic), and over 400,000 annual visitors.
