The Saint John Branch Library, a member of the Whitman County Rural Library District, provides services to around 594 residents of Saint John. A total of 140,700 items, comprising both physical and digital resources, are circulated annually by the library system, which maintains roughly 53,400 volumes. The Branch Library offers books, audiobooks, videos, a book club, summer reading, crafts, Bingo, and music events.
