The Rim Community Library is a publicly funded and managed library that serves nearly 3,000 residents in the city of Heber-Overgaard, in Navajo County, Arizona. It is an affiliate branch of the Navajo County Library District. In 1985, in response to the growing need for library services, the Rim Community Library was opened, which contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library system, which includes more than 47,000 books and serial volumes, nearly 10,000 audio files, and more than 9,000 video files. Additionally, the library system hosts over 20,000 visitors a year at its 15 sites, circulates over 20,000 items, and has over 2,000 registered borrowers.
