The Rector Public Library is a public library that serves nearly 2,000 residents in the city of Rector in southeast Clay County, Arkansas. It is an affiliate branch of the Northeast Arkansas Regional Library (NARL), a consortium of five libraries to effectively serve by sharing resources. Founded in 1989, the Rector Public contributes to the NARL system's entire resources, which include almost 200,000 books and serial volumes, nearly 25,000 e-books, over 6,000 audio files, and more than 9,000 video files. Furthermore, there were more than 34,000 registered borrowers, about 238,000 items circulated annually, and more than 190,000 people visited the library system each year.
