The Monroe Library serves 20,209 residents in the City of Monroe and is a Sno-Isle Regional Library member. The Sno-Isle Libraries maintain approximately 1.1 million volumes and circulate 10.7 million items annually, which include print books, eBooks, audiobooks, movies, music, and TVs.
