The Metalines Community Library serves 280 residents in the town of Metaline Falls and is a part of the Pend Oreille County Library. The library maintains 45,700 books and serial volumes, 6,200 electronic books, approximately 2,500 audio, and 6,380 videos, with about 103,000 items circulated annually. Located in the Cutter Theatre building, the library offers storytimes and tech hours and is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
