The Manchester Library is a branch of the Kitsap Regional Library that serves 6,000 Manchester residents. The Library is supported by the
Friends of the Manchester Library and through public funding. It maintains about 383,650 volumes and circulates 2.4 million items annually. The Manchester Library has a seed library, a children's and teen area, meeting rooms, public computers, and collections of books, music, DVDs, and other library materials from all genres. It provides services such as curbside holds pickup, book drops, copying, scanning, printing, and faxing, as well as Storytime, Crafts, and Makerspace programs.
