The Libbie Mill Library serves the residents in some parts of Henrico City and is one of the branches of the Henrico County Public Library. The library maintains approximately 704,000 volumes and circulates roughly 4.1 million items per year. The Libbie Mill Branch has children, teens, and adults collections, a digital media lab, public computers, printing and copying devices, and study rooms and offers storytimes, Microsoft Basics tutorials, book discussions, Anime clubs, and other learning and fun events for all ages.
