The Issaquah Library serves 39,344 residents in the City of Issaquah and is a King County Library System member. The Library System maintains 3.6 million volumes and circulates 20.3 million items per year. The new Issaquah Library opened in its 15,000-square-foot building in May 2001 and houses books, music, and DVD collections for all ages. It provides meeting and study rooms, computers and printers, WiFi, photocopier/scanner, fax machine, and various library events, including storytime, talk time, and online tutoring.
