The George Mason Regional Library serves 42,240 residents in the City of Annandale and is a Fairfax County Public Library member. The Library System maintains 2.1 million volumes and circulates approximately 10.1 million items annually. George Mason Regional Library is housed in a 27,000-square-foot building with meeting rooms and a children's section featuring an AWE computer station for STEM and early literacy activities. It has collections of books, magazines, and newspapers in Spanish, Arabic, French, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese in addition to Framed art, Board games, Conserve Kits, and Connect Kits. Additionally, it provides a book selection service, 24 Internet stations with Microsoft Office, Family Storytime, English Conversation Club, and other library events.
