The Federal Way Regional Library is a part of the King County Library System that serves 99,037 residents in Federal Way City. The Library System maintains 3.6 million volumes and circulates 20.3 million items per year. The Federal Way Regional Library opened its doors in 1991 and occupies a 34,500-square-foot space with meeting and study rooms and a Makerspace. In addition to books, music, movies, and DVDs, it offers world language materials and Lewis & Clark collections. It also provides WiFi, computers and printers, fax/scan/copy machines, Microfilm/microfiche reader, book drop services, and various library events.
