The Fairwood Library is a part of the King County Library System that serves 105,179 residents in the City of Renton. The Library System maintains 3.6 million volumes and circulates 20.3 million items annually. Fairwood Library opened its expanded 20,000-square-foot building in 2014. It provides computers, printers, a fax machine, a scanner, study and meeting rooms, WiFi, online health and social services visits, book drop services, baby storytime events, and other library programs.
