The Ephrata Public Library serves 8,476 residents in the City of Ephrata in Grant County. It is one of the 30 locations of the North Central Washington Libraries and contributes to its collections. Approximately 2.1 million items are circulated annually and 736,730 volumes are maintained on hand. In addition to traditional resources, Ephrata Public Library houses a Seed Library, a meeting room, a microfilm reader, and local history materials. It provides public computers, early literacy computers, free WiFi, a children's play area, and scanning, copying, faxing, and printing services.
