The College Place Public Library serves about 9,800 residents of College Place City and is a branch of the Walla Walla County Rural Library District. The library is publicly funded and holds collections of 69,700 books, videos, magazines, and over 60,000 eBooks, with a total of 235,789 items in circulation annually. Established in 2019, the College Place Public Library is housed in the Meadowbrook Shopping Center, and it offers three public computers, a community room, and printing, copying, and faxing services.
