The Cochise County Library District, established in the 1970s, serves 125,920 residents in the city of Bisbee, Arizona. The district encompasses seven independent city libraries and five branch libraries located in the county's unincorporated areas. Its collection includes 367,980 volumes, with an annual circulation of 309,240 items, including print and digital materials. Library patrons have access to research databases and talking books for visually impaired users. In addition to traditional services and programs, the library also offers homebound delivery for eligible residents.
