The Cleveland County Public Library, known as the Roy and Christine Sturgis Library of Cleveland County, serves over 900 residents in the city of Rison, the county seat of Cleveland County. Founded in 1950, the library is a member of the Mid-Arkansas Regional Library System, which holds over 163,000 volumes and circulates about 126,138 items annually. It is open for in-person services and offers storytime and other events.
