The Chantilly Regional Library serves 23,820 residents in the City of Chantilly and is a part of the Fairfax County Public Library. The library system maintains 2.1 million volumes and circulates approximately 10.1 million items per year, including books, audiobooks, movies, and electronic resources. The Chantilly Regional Library opened its doors in January 1995 and is housed alongside the library's technical operations facility. It provides one computer with ZoomText software, 14 internet stations with Microsoft Office, a children's area, meeting and study rooms, a book sale, a book selection service, and a range of programs for all ages.
