The Campbell County Public Library System serves over 55,000 residents of the city of Rustburg and Campbell County through its four branch libraries. It comprises the Campbell County Public Main Library in Rustburg, Patrick Henry Memorial Library in Brookneal, Staunton River Memorial Library in Altavista, and Timbrook Library in Lynchburg. The system maintains a collection of roughly 153,830 volumes and circulates approximately 155,500 items per year. Across its library locations, patrons are provided access to meeting spaces, computers for public use with Internet access and Microsoft Office, printing, copying/scanning/faxing/lamination, notary services, curbside pickup services, and home delivery.
