The Bath County Public Library is a member of the Rockbridge Regional Library System that serves the residents of Warm Springs. The library holds a collection of 161,000 books and serial volumes, 7,600 electronic books, 7,500 audio, and 11,000 videos and circulates 226,230 items annually. The publicly funded library provides a seed exchange group, crochet group, family movie night, Lego club, book clubs, crafts, and other events for all ages.
