The Saint Paul's Branch Library serves 5,479 residents in the City of Hollywood and is part of the Charleston County Public Library. As an affiliate of the Charleston County Library, it contributes resources to the 756,468 volumes on hand and roughly 1.3 million items circulated annually by the Library System. Charleston County Public Library is an eighteen-member library that is publicly funded and managed to serve over 400,000 people living in Charleston. Its Saint Paul's Hollywood Branch occupies a 15,000-square-foot facility, which also houses a creative studio, a community garden, and meeting spaces. It offers public computers, WiFi, Google Chromebooks, mobile printing, copying/printing, notary services, technology classes, and various programs and services.
