The Howard S. Young Branch Library serves over 1,000 residents in the village of Frankfort in Ohio's Ross County. The library is one of the locations of the Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library, holds a collection of about 118,600 volumes, and circulates roughly 504,300 items per year, including fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, audiobooks, magazines, and large print books. It offers meeting rooms, public computers, WiFi, tech tutoring, and other events and services for all ages.
