The Willshire Branch Library is a publicly funded and managed library serving almost 400 residents in the city of Willshire, in Van Wert County, Ohio. As an affiliate library of the Brumback Library, the Willshire Branch is one of the five branches that contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library, which include more than 850,000 total circulations, almost 250,000 book and serial volumes, more than 190,000 eBooks, more than 13,000 audio files, and more than 13,000 video files. Founded in 1890, Brumback started as a subscription library for the residents formed by the 12 women of Van Wert, and in 1991, Wilshire was opened along with two branches. Today, the county library has a total of almost 550,000 visits and almost 30,000 registered borrowers.
