The Wilks Library provides services to about 100,941 residents of New Bedford City in Bristol County. The library was established in 1958 and currently holds about 35,000 items, including resources on Chinese culture as well as books of other genres, magazines, newspapers, movies, DVDs, and audio. It is open from Monday through Saturday for 40 hours each week.
