The Portland Branch Library, along with other branches of the Louisville Free Public Library, serves the residents of Jefferson County in Louisville City. Established in 1905, the library maintains several book volumes, magazines, movies, and electronic items for children and adults and provides access to its 11 computer workstations with an internet network.
