The Northern Dauphin Branch Library serves about 1,873 residents in the city of Lykens in Dauphin County. The library began in 1969 in the former United Church of Christ building and currently seats in a 6,000-square-foot facility that has meeting rooms and parking areas and is handicapped accessible. The library has about 22,419 volumes and circulates several items annually. It also provides curbside pickup services.
