The Johnston Branch Library serves over 2,000 residents in the Town of Johnston and is one of the Edgefield County Libraries of the Aiken-Bamberg-Barnwell-Edgefield (ABBE) Regional Library System. The library system maintains 251,520 volumes and circulates over 604,280 items per year. Johnston Branch has three Public computers and one Children's AWE computer, and the computers have Internet browsing, Microsoft Office, and a PDF reader. It also offers Meeting spaces, Photocopying, and Printing services.
