The Lawrence County Federated Library System is a system of libraries under the New Castle Public Library that serves about 90,000 residents in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The library collections, resources, and services are geared toward meeting the educational, informational, and recreational needs of all members of the community, including those who cannot come to the library and genealogy researchers. These collections of books, audiobooks, DVDs, fiction, and non-fiction are available at the System's branches.
