The Holt Memorial Library provides services to about 2,780 residents of Center County in the city of Philipsburg. The library became a member of the Centre County Library & Historical Museum system in 1963 and currently holds about 99,855 volumes with over 268,000 items in annual circulation. It offers events like preschool storytime, lego club, teen and adult book bingo, knit witts, chess club, robot coding, and a variety of virtual programs for patrons of all ages.
