The Gladwyne Free Library serves over 4,000 residents of the Gladwyne community in Montgomery County. The library, a member of the Lower Merion Library System, has more than 2,000 active patrons, 46,300 volume collections, and a total annual circulation of 55,400 items. Opened in 1931, Gladwyne Library occupies a 6,480-square-foot building, and it offers local history materials, cookbooks, gardening books, children's programs, family Yoga, reading groups, and other library events.
