The Eastern Monroe Public Library serves over 89,000 residents in the city of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. Opened in February 1916, the library system has since undergone expansions and now consists of the Hughes Library in Stroudsburg which is the Main Library, Smithfields Branch in East Stroudsburg, and the Bookmobile.
