The Adams Memorial Library serves the residents in the City of Latrobe, Derry Township, Derry Borough, Donegal Township, Donegal Borough, Youngstown, and New Alexandria. The library was established in 1954 and currently operates two locations: the Main Adams Memorial Library in Latrobe and the Caldwell Memorial Library, opened in 1992 in the Derry Area High School to serve the Derry neighborhood. Approximately 100,000 volumes are maintained in collections, with an annual circulation of over 300,000 items per year. The library provides mobile hotspots, WiFi, 3D printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and events such as storytime, rhyme time, STEM, and crafts.
