The Rupert Public Library serves about 4,185 residents of Rupert City in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The library was first dedicated as an outpost library in 1977 but opened its doors for business in the current location in October 2013. The library maintains over 10,351 volumes and circulates over 4,900 items annually, including books on tape and videos. Among its offerings are interlibrary loans, used book sales, paperback book exchange, computer and internet access, and book discussion groups.
