The Gibbstown Public Library serves about 3,500 residents in the City of Gibbstown in Gloucester County. The library was opened in 1963 in a small room in the Gibbstown Public School and became the Greenwich Township Branch of the Gloucester County Library System in January 1999. It now occupies a 10,000-square-foot building and maintains collections of over 24,000 volumes, magazines, CDs, audiobooks, videos, and Playaways. It provides two meeting rooms, sixteen public computers, free internet access, notary services, fax, computer training classes, interlibrary loans, and programs for children and adults.
