The Beachwood Branch Library serves 11,014 residents in the borough of Beachwood and is a part of the Ocean County Library. The Library System maintains over 1.3 million volumes and circulates 4.6 million items annually, including print books, eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music, DVDs, video games, and local history materials. Beachwood Branch Library was established in 1944 as the Pulsifier Memorial Library and joined the Library System in 1973. It provides public computers, WiFi, technology services, and programs like storytime, crafts, art workshops, and an English conversation group.
