The Bay Head Reading Center serves about 950 residents in the Bay Head area and is an Ocean County Library member. The Library System maintains 1.1 million volumes and circulates approximately 4.6 million items per year. Bay Head Express Reading Center became a part of the Library System in January 1991 and has since expanded its collections and services. It checks out 6,758 materials in a fiscal year, including fiction and nonfiction resources for children, teens, and adults.
