The Whiting Reading Center is a part of the Ocean County Library, serving the people in the Whiting area of Ocean County. The Library System maintains 1.3 million volumes and circulates 4.6 million items annually, including print books, eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music, DVDs, videogames, and local history materials. Whiting Reading Center is housed in the Whiting Commons Shopping Center and is open for services from 10 AM Monday to Saturday.
