The West Carrollton Branch Library serves about 13,000 people living in the city of West Carrollton in Montgomery County. The library partners with organizations such as the I Am Boundless, the City's school system, families, and local childcare centers, to promote literacy in the community, particularly among children and patrons with disabilities. The library opened its new building in 2018, which features a large meeting room, a conference room, and two study rooms, as well as free public computers, internet access, and free Wi-Fi. Events like Teen Hangout, Book clubs, Storytime, and Tech time are popular in the library.
