The Twin Rivers Branch Library serves 27,442 residents in the East Windsor area and is a part of the Mercer County Library System. The library system maintains 672,382 volumes and circulates more than 1.9 million items per year. The Twin Rivers Branch provides books, children's Spanish books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, audiobooks, CDs, music, and movies for all ages, as well as public computers with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet access, printers, a copier, a scanner, and fiction and nonfiction clubs events.
