The Stafford Branch Library serves 1,957 residents in the City of Manahawkin and is a part of the Ocean County Library. The Library System maintains 1.3 million volumes and circulates 4.6 million items annually, including print books, eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, music, DVDs, video games, and local history resources. Stafford Branch Library opened its doors to the public in June 1980. It offers computers for public use, WiFi, book club, anime club, English conversation group, and other library events.
