The Richmond Heights Branch Library serves about 10,667 residents of Richmond Heights in Cuyahoga County.  The library is a member of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, which maintains about 1.6 million volumes and circulates more than 10.5 million items per year. The branch opened its doors in 2021 and shares a building with the Richmond Heights Upper School, having its separate entrance and providing services seven days a week. It is one of the locations for the Student Success Center program and offers a reservable meeting room in addition to a variety of events for all patrons.
