The Orange Branch Library serves almost 7,000 residents in the city of Pepper Pike City Hall, an affluent eastern suburb of the Greater Cleveland area in Ohio. As an affiliate library of the Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL), Orange Branch is one of the 27 branches that contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library, which includes almost 19.5 million total circulation, almost 1.6 million book and serial volumes, a little more than 350,000 eBooks, almost 296,000 audio and more than 510,000 video. Founded in 1922 CPPL aims to empower individuals and communities by providing opportunities for all to read, learn, create and connect. Today, the county has a total of 7.9 million and almost 1 million registered borrowers. The coziness of the fireplace in Orange Branch is best for community meeting with a full service drive-up window. Additionally, the artwork from the book of Aesop's Fables done by the late illustrator Jerry Pinkney and an intricate dollhouse display donated by the Morgan sisters are featured in the interactive children's area.
