The Garfield Heights Branch Library serves almost 30,000 residents in the city of Garfield Heights, a suburb of Cleveland in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. As an affiliate library of the Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL), Garfield Heights Branch is one of the 27 branches that contributes to the overall collection and services of the county library, which include almost 19.5 million total circulations, almost 1.6 million book and serial volumes, a little more than 350,000 eBooks, almost 296,000 audio files, and more than 510,000 video files. Founded in 1922, CPPL aims to empower individuals and communities by providing opportunities for all to read, learn, create, and connect. The Garfield Heights Branch houses a Kids Café for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank as well as a Student Success Center. Additionally, it provides free access to 3D printing, a range of fabrication tools that can be used to make crafts, signs, and product prototypes, as well as a green screen video recording studio and an audio recording studio where visitors can record CDs and make videos for their own or professional use.
