The Naylor Memorial Library, known as the Hedgesville Public Library, serves about 300 residents in the Town of Hedgesville in West Virginia's Berkeley County. The library is the first branch of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Library system and has been serving the County since 1968. More than 180,800 volumes are maintained by the library system, which circulates 296,100 items annually. The branch provides resources and services for children, teens, and adults.
