The Northeast Regional Library serves over 120,320 residents in the City of Wilmington and is part of the New Hanover County Library. The Library System maintains 384,500 volumes and circulates 1.3 million items per year. Northeast Regional Library provides a meeting room, public computers, and internet access in addition to traditional library collections. Some of its programs include Kaleidoscope Play and Learn, Read to a Dog, Baby & Me, and Family Storytime.
