The Sandhill Regional Library System serves over 226,000 residents in Raeford Cities and Counties of Anson, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, and Richmond. Library services for the people of Sandhill began over 60 years ago, and the library has now expanded to include fifteen library locations and three bookmobiles serving the five counties. Sandhill Regional Library System maintains approximately 332,300 volumes and circulates 762,290 items annually. In addition, it offers WiFi, public computers, technology and computer classes, and storytimes for preschools, infants, and toddlers.
