The Laramie County Library System serves over 98,000 residents of Laramie County through its branches in Cheyenne, Burns, Pine Bluffs, and the mobile library. The library maintains a collection of over 319,000 volumes and circulates more than 705,000 items per year, including regular library resources and special collections such as genealogy, Wyoming history, Western exploration, and local research items. The seed library provides a variety of flower, herb, and vegetable seeds for checkout. Services available to the library include meeting and study rooms, public computers, WiFi, 3D printing, notary services, homebound delivery, and test proctoring. Additionally, the library hosts various community events for all ages, including coloring club, book club, storytime, crafts, and teen writing club
