Ruch Library serves 1,200 residents in the City of Ruch and it is part of the Jackson County Library System. The library system maintains more than 510,000 volumes and circulates 1.6 million items per year. Ruch Library offers books, e-books, audiobooks, music, movies, videos, online databases, public Wi-Fi, public computers with internet access, two meeting rooms, one study room, interlibrary loan, copying, printing, scanning, and faxing services.
