The Chisago Lakes Area Library is part of the East Central Regional Library, serving 5,649 residents of Chisago City. The Library System maintains collections of 250,000 books, CDs, DVDs, and 45,000 digital materials and circulates 820,140 items per year. In addition to the traditional library resources, the Chisago Lakes Area Library provides a meeting room, public computers with Microsoft Office Suite, printing/copying/faxing services, and test proctoring. Programs available include Preschool Storytime, Book Club, Book Sale, and Naloxone Training.
